This is Book 4 in a series of 6 books, all inspired by the popular Sesame Street Monster Meditation videos on YouTube, that will help young children learn mindfulness techniques along with their favorite characters. The videos are made in collaboration with Headspace, the mindfulness app. The art style in the books is the same as in the videos--bright and simple, to appeal to the youngest Sesame Street fans.
